Cooking Camp: Brinner

Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? Pancakes, waffles, muffins, popovers … maple syrup. Yum! In this camp, kids will learn how to make pancakes from scratch, infuse syrups with seasonal fruit, make homemade orange juice, and fry up some fake bacon (remember, your camp director is an animal-crazy vegetarian!). Kids will also learn about and care for our flock of hens and explore the difference between store-bought and farm fresh eggs. On Friday, children and families are invited back to the farm in their jammies for BRINNER! This is not mandatory, but a fun party to celebrate our week on the farm. FOOD WILL BE NUT AND MEAT FREE.


A $50 deposit is required to hold a camp spot. Final payments are due no later than July 1, 2017. Or, you can pay in full.
