This group will focus on the miracle of nature to learn and practice healthy coping skills to reduce stress and anxiety, develop social and relationship skills, and increase healthy self-esteem building skills. We will spend quality time with the animals, learn about their proper care, and work together to complete barnyard chores. We will enjoy the many benefits of the natural world surrounding the farm, in addition to participating in farm themed arts, crafts, and games.
All groups are limited to 6 participants to allow for individualized programming. Programming specifically designed for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and high functioning autism. Individual programming available for those with behavioral or anger management issues.
