This group will enjoy the many benefits of the natural world surrounding the farm. We will spend quality time with the animals, learn about their proper care, and work together to complete barnyard chores. Utilizing the miracle of nature, we will learn and practice healthy coping skills to reduce stress and anxiety, develop social and relationship skills, and increase healthy self-esteem building skills. We will also enjoy farm-themed arts, crafts, and games.
All groups are limited to 6 participants to allow for individualized programming. Programming specifically designed for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and high functioning autism. Individual programming available for those with behavioral or anger management issues.
