‘Night flight by Moonlight: The Adventures of Mickey and Sparkle’
The show, Friday evening, September 25th, begins at 6:30 p.m with a lantern parade at 7:30.
When registering, please register for adults and children.
Mickey is a moth, Sparkle is a firefly, and their difficult mission - difficult, because they're currently lost in the big city- is to pollinate plants. To reach the safety and darkness of the natural world, they are guided by William the pompous Barred Owl, and Claire de Lune, the somewhat moody Moon.
A craft project for kids — making simple lanterns — will follow the performance, and then we will have a little lantern-lit procession/parade with the creatures of the fields and forests, accompanied by live music.
